Our Nursery was planned to provide our young and growing families with a safe, clean, nurturing, and user friendly environment.
Our Nursery is safe. From security cameras to carefully screened volunteers, we have your newborns and toddlers in mind. Our loving volunteers are carefully screened and work in pairs. We strive to maintain healthy adult to child ratios. Access to our nursery is limited to parents of babies, approved volunteers, and staff. Toys are age-appropriate and are in good working order. A unique three digit code is issued for your child each week. This code along with the child’s first name will be displayed on the screens in the auditorium if you are ever needed. We ant you to have a care-free worship experience as we care for your child.
Our Nursery is clean. Each toy that is touched gets cleaned and/or sanitized after each service. Floors are vacuumed and windows, doors, and walls cleaned regularly. We are committed to providing our youngest the cleanest facility possible because we know how your child will want to taste test their environment!
Our Nursery is user-friendly. Our Nursery is equipped with a Nursing Mom’s Room (located in the Nome Nursery wing) with rocking chairs. We keep traffic, noise and activity to a minimum to create a quaint and quiet environment.
Our Nursery is nurturing. Not only are babies grouped together according to development, but age appropriate music is played during their stay. This music is biblically based and designed to introduce your child to simple truths from God’s Word.
