Caring for one another
We believe the primary place for people to care for one another is in the context of true community (in Life Groups and/or as part of a ministry team).
There we live life with others and are known. Our Community Life Group leaders and ministry team leaders are our front line pastors.
We also recognize that sometimes in life people who haven’t yet had a chance to get connected into true community are in need of pastoral care. A ChangePoint Pastor of the Day is available each Monday through Thursday, from 2:00pm-4:00pm, to listen to and pray with you. It is best to call ahead to make an appointment but you may also walk in during those hours.
In addition, we try to offer semester classes for those experiencing loss due to the death of a loved one or the pain of divorce. These opportunities can change each semester so check back throughout the year for the latest information on what’s coming up!
GRIEFSHARE is a confidential, Christ-centered, Biblically-based grief support group for men and women grieving the death of a loved one - spouse, child, family member or friend - to find healing and hope, no matter how long ago the death occurred.
This group will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. New participants may begin attending any week during the 13-week cycle.
You don't have to go through the grieving process alone. We welcome you!
New class begins September 8 and will be meeting on Sundays from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
