Strong Women Exercise Program

Strong Women is designed for women middle age and older, however, we welcome any women over 18 that would like to stay strong. Strong Women is a program designed by Tufts University to help women maintain bone density and balance as they age. Our leaders are trained through the University of Alaska’s Cooperative Extension Service. You may visit www.strongwomen.com for more details about the program.
Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, good shoes and drinking water.
