A Conversation with a Destination.

Ephesians 4:12-13
¹²to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, ¹³until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness.

Your elders are available for help and guidance. One way that happens is through Equipping Conversations. Equipping Conversations are 30 or 60 minute conversations, to help you discern God's voice and direction in your life. Common reasons for scheduling an Equipping Conversation include

Important upcoming decisions
Feeling stuck in a situation
Relational conflict
