The fence pictured above needs extensive refurbishment. Numerous heavily-aged and/or rotted palings and ties threaten its aesthetic and structural soundness. Damaged palings need to be replaced, and fresh palings need to be painted. Supplies provided by ChangePoint are described below.

The Loft suffered widespread water damage during the 2018 earthquake. Much of it has been repaired, but numerous damaged sections remain. The pictured sections are the highest priority.
